If you have been following me on Instagram and Facebook, you already know that Mr. M and I traveled to Paris recently for our second baby moon. We went to Sri Lanka for the first, even though I didn’t announce my pregnancy until later.
For our last trip as two, we decided to visit my family in France and take the opportunity to spend time, just the two of us in the city of lights. These are my postcards from Paris to you with love.
If you’re interested in a Paris city guide (non-tourist style), check out my post on how to spend a weekend in Paris like a Parisian. You will find tips and addresses to experience an authentic Paris like the locals.
My postcards from Paris to you with Love…
I’m a big fan of the baby moon concept. Mr. M and I know that our life is about to change tremendously and traveling with a baby is an experience that will be very different. Enjoying our last trips as a couple was very important to me. I feel grateful to have had the opportunity to travel that much, especially in a city like Paris where it seems difficult to move around with a baby/toddler. Old European cities are generally not very stroller friendly. So after this great trip, I now feel ready for this new stage of my life.
I wrote this post earlier (no I’m not working on my blog while nursing my newborn J). So while you’re enjoying these beautiful pictures of Paris, I might be snuggling with my little man.
I can’t wait to share posts with you about kids decor, my first feelings as a mom, and of course my next travel postcard post with my little one. In the meantime, I invite you to check some outfit posts I shot while in Paris.
Where would you go for your baby moon?
